Meticulously processed by Luis Anibal Calderon, this coffee is harvested at peak ripeness and undergoes a 30-hour underwater fermentation, bringing out its unique character. Grown in the lush region of Acevedo, Huila, it delivers a complex and vibrant cup with notes of cocoa powder, lime, mandarin, mango, and panela.

We roast coffee to order for maximum freshness. Orders are packaged and shipped every weekday (Monday to Friday). Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.
